1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Informy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Informy. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account and delete their data. Informy is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You may not share your account or impersonate another person.
You may not register with automated means (bots, scripts).
One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post content that:

Is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive
Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or malware
Spreads deliberate disinformation intended to cause harm

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant Informy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the service. You can delete your content at any time; deletion removes it from public view immediately.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Termination removes your public profile and posts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Informy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Informy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to Informy's registered address.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Informy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice.
